Refund Policy for Empireals

At Empireals, we strive to provide high-quality leather products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have established the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

we offer a full cash refund, a replacement or store credit within 7 days of purchase. 

Refunds are offered on all items. Returns on items are conditional to the state in which it is returned (unused, packaging/labels in tact etc).

Only unused and undamaged items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact are eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized leather products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and clearance items are non-refundable and considered final sale.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@empireals.com Provide your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or images, if applicable.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the refund process.

Refund Options:

  • If eligible, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for another product of equal value.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable return delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images showcasing the issue, along with your order details.
  • We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the specific circumstances.

Cancellations:

  • Please contact our customer support team immediately for cancellation requests.

Exceptions:

  • In cases of misuse, negligence, or intentional damage to the product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please refer to their respective refund policies.
